- 1 and 1/2 cups cooked Mayocoba beans
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1/3 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/3 cup almond or oat flour
- 1/3 cup chocolate chips, plus extra for sprinkling on the top
