Mayocoba Bean Smoothie

This Mayocoba Bean Smoothie hits the spot with the warmer weather we have been having. Plus, the beans add great nutrition - like fiber and plant-based protein - to help keep you satisfied and full!

Ingredients for 1 serving:

  • 1/2 cup cooked Mayocoba beans
  • 1/2 cup frozen mangos
  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1 date
  • 1 Tbsp flaxseed meal (ground flaxseed)
  • 1 cup milk of choice
