Recently, we hosted a student visit to Northern Feed & Bean to share about the sustainability benefits of beans. Ruta Mexico reached out to us because they wanted to learn more about the planet-friendly attributes of beans. The students were highly engaged and asked great questions.
Our CEO Jay Ewald shared about our company and the sustainable practices we use, and Chelsea Didinger of the Colorado Dry Bean Committee presented about Colorado beans and the health and environmental benefits of beans. Then we got to see bean cleaning and bagging in action. And - of course - everyone got sent home with a bag of Frontier beans!
