We have been tracking a beautiful field of Mayocoba beans, also called yellow beans, to show you what these incredible plants look like at different stages of development. The field was planted in late May of 2022. About 1 month after planting, we visited to see how the plants were doing and hear from Andy Clark. You can see that field update and interview here.
